Keep Your Programmes Fresh

A common problem we face as Bootcamp Instructors is running out of bootcamp workout ideas. When a Trainer usually starts running a Bootcamp, they have a few really good workouts but if you’re running 5-6 sessions a week, those few good workouts get used up pretty quick.

For that reason, it’s essential that as Bootcamp Instructors we have a whole heap of Bootcamp Workouts, Bootcamp Drills, Bootcamp Exercises, Bootcamp Partner Workouts, and Games up our sleeve. And when we say Bootcamp Workouts, we mean completely different workout styles not just a bootcamp circuit with different exercises.

This can be tricky because when running a Bootcamp you want to use workouts/exercises that involve limited equipment, involve both strength and cardio exercises and cater for all fitness levels and still provide a great workout for your participants.

For that reason, we created this library of workout videos to help you develop new ideas for group bootcamp workouts. We present new combinations and modifications of movements to break away from monotony. There are fun ideas for group exercises; some even require no equipment.

Musical Finisher: Turn Down for What

Drills to music are always a fun way to finish your session – check out this musical finisher to the Lil Jon track “Turn Down for What”

21, 15, 9, 3

Pick four different exercise and you’ll complete 21reps of exercise 1, 15reps of exercise 2, 9reps of exercise 3 and 3 reps of exercise 4.


Participants will complete a 5min workout, followed by a 4min workout, then a 3min workout, then a 2min workout and then a 1min workout.

30 in 30

Participants will complete 30 different exercises in 30minutes. Each exercise will be completed for 45seconds with a 15second break


Six different stations, each station having only one exercise. Participants will stay on a station for approximately 3.3minutes with a timing of 12:8 (work:rest)

Boxing EMOM

Participants get a set of exercises to complete in 60 seconds. The quicker the participants complete the exercises, the longer their break will be.
